Week 0 Day 1

Breakfast: (in dire need of grocery shopping)
1 c cheerios
1/2 c milk

Lunch:
1 turkey sandwich (2 slices rye, 1 slice swiss, 4 oz deli turkey, mustard)
1/2 apple
2 glasses of water


Snack:
1/2 apple
glass of water

Dinner:
1 c mixed green salad w/ ranch dressing
1 c green beans
1 serving chicken enchilada casserole (From the Healthy Heart cookbook. It was pretty decent)


Workout: 1/2 hour cardio; 1/2 hour weights
