Welcome to the 2005 Diet Challenge. :)
I started this blog to record my daily diet and exercise. Last time I kept it in a notebook, which worked well, but I figured this would be a more effective and efficient use of my resources.
My friend Ed and I have decided to keep each other accountable. Any screw -ups must be posted. :) The initial phase is for 12 weeks. That should put us near the end of October.
A few goals/benchmarks:
- Work out (cardio and weights) 6x a week. Even if it means at 6 AM.
- Weigh in every Sunday morning. Don't obsess over the scale.
- Cook more to eat healthier- If going out, eat half.
- Drink Water rather than coke.
- Try to not be a work-a-holic in order to manage stress.
