Last time I kept it in a notebook, which worked well, but I figured this would be a more effective and efficient use of my resources.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My friend &lt;a href="http://rachmaninovrocks.blogspot.com/"&gt;Ed&lt;/a&gt; and I have decided to keep each other accountable. Any screw -ups must be posted. :)  The initial phase is for 12 weeks. That should put us near the end of October.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A few goals/benchmarks:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work out (cardio and weights) 6x a week. Even if it means at 6 AM.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Weigh in every Sunday morning.
