Week 0 Day 2

Breakfast:
2 pieces wheat toast w/ sugar free jelly
2 eggs
2 slices turkey bacon
8 oz orange juce
1 glass of water

Lunch:
1 sandwich (turkey, swiss, mustard, 2 slices pumpernickle)

Dinner:
4 small slices BBQ chicken pizza

Exercise: 1/2 hr cardio 1/2 hr weights
